About this package

This package is customised for those who are going through deeper issues relating to chronic stress, repeated burnouts and have been unable to adopt sustainable measures to cope. You’ve probably tried various measures but nothing seems to helps and you’re tired of being tired.

If you’re struggling with signs of burnout including (but not limited to) exhaustion, frustration and lack of motivation, and not sure where to even begin, this package can help.

In this program, we will focus on two areas: (1)unpacking and understanding the nature of your burnout so sustainable actions can be taken to prevent recurrent burnout and (2) designing a lifestyle that gets you from burnout to better.

What we will work on:

  • Understanding and coming to terms with the causes and sources of your burnout

  • Reframing beliefs, values and thought patterns that are not helpful to you

  • Exploring sustainable (and practical) ways of healing, habit formation and boundary setting

In this package, you’ll get: 

  • 5 x 75 minutes private coaching 

  • Tailored assignments/session-centred exercises to foster learnings from our sessions

  • Easy-to-use action plan to keep you motivated and focused on creating changes you want to see happen

  • Resource list, including articles, podcasts, books and go-to tools

  • In-between session support over email and Voxer

I’M not sure I need all the sessions. Can I have a shorter version?

In my experience coaching folks to recover from burnout, five sessions are ideal to start moving forward, take actions and foster change. In cases where your experience requires a shorter time frame, we can discuss possible alternatives during the consultation.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF THIS PACKAGE IS RIGHT FOR ME?

The best way to know is for us to have a chat, so I can get a better sense of your situation and if this package is suitable for you. My observation from working with various folks is: if we could take on measures to support better lifestyle choices before the actual burnout, that is most ideal.

HOW IS THE SESSION CONDUCTED?

I prefer to use voice or video component to conduct the session (via Zoom or Skype). You have the option of having the call recorded via Zoom, if you like. All conversations are strictly confidential and will not be shared or made public.

I’m a tight budget. do you offer payment plans?

To ensure you get the help you need, I am happy to offer a payment plan that meets your budget. I’ve intentionally kept the investment cost lower than other coaching services available in the market, to make sure as many people as possible can access the coaching support they need.
