This is also a great package for those aid worker/ digital nomads types who are based in the field or away from home and looking for a practical wellness plan to cope with stress and any possible burnout.

  • Learning to recognise burnout signs and triggers that are specific to you and could be future obstacles

  • Developing your personalised tool-kit to manage stress and prevent burnout

  • Building healthy habits and lifestyle choices to harmonise work and life

Yes! I highly encourage not waiting until you burn out to start making lifestyle changes. Cultivating good habits and appropriate lifestyle choices can help prevent burnout from sneaking up on you. Through this package, you’ll build a personalised tool-box that you can reach into when you see stress or burnout coming your way.

how will i know if this package is right for me?

The best way to know is for us to have a chat, so I can get a better sense of your situation and if this package is suitable for you. My observation from working with various folks is: if we could take on measures to support better lifestyle choices before the actual burnout, that is most ideal.


I prefer to use voice or video component to conduct the session (via Zoom or Skype). You have the option of having the call recorded via Zoom, if you like. All conversations are strictly confidential and will not be shared or made public.
